Ok so Serene and Pearl talk a lot about being prepared so that we don't cave to the junk. I find it so true! I currently have a day set aside as a kitchen cleaning/ food prep day each week and want to make some "prepared for ice bergs" kind of things. For example, cream pops, puddings, etc. What else would you add to this list?

You have Cream pops already, love those! Skinny chocolate, and basic treat squares, also the coconut fudge. I also like to freeze pan bread and pancakes and pull a couple out and put them in the toaster.

I like to keep some Easy Peasy Muffins in my freezer to pull out and reheat in the toaster oven. I also do the pancakes too.

I like the egg cups and make a dozen at a time. Earth milk. Pudding cups. I was just making this my plan as well! Clean the kitchen well. Then the fridge (mine needs it badly) And then do several make ahead things to keep me on track!

To revisit this , I would add keeping the muffin in a mug master mixes (as listed on this forum) handy. I can just add my egg,oil and extract and have my breakfast in a couple seconds. Very handy!

I would make skinny chocolate up ahead of time. That will help you to resist caving, especially if you make it your "special" way. Like Pearl and Serene say in the book, you will find your sweetspot! Good luck!
