I bought Life Flow Estro-Care Natural Phytoestrogens in a 2 oz pump hoping this is the product you reference in your book as Estriol Care that you use a pea-size amount on your face morning and evening. The pump I bought says to apply to inner thighs, inner arms, chest and abdomen, rotating these areas. So did I get the right stuff? I sure don't want a goatee.

That is what I bought too- it should be getting delivered any day now- I'm excited to try it! Did you get yours on Swanson's website?

I have used whole bottle exclusively on my face. No goatee! Just fresh, young looking skin.

I'm really serious about this question...lol. I live in South Sudan, Africa Andy cream was sent over without a box or instructions. I really and truly can't figure out how to open the pump! <blush>

I had this cream already on my shelf and when I read that the authors use it on their face I was happy to try it that way! I have been putting it on the outer part of my eyes(where crow's feet might grow - gasp!) and on my forehead where I can see a wrinkle starting.
I only twisted my pump and it came open easily. I would probably result to poking a hole in it to get the stuff out. I see where you can not twist out the pump on this bottle.

There is an 800 # on the back of the bottle. Maybe you could call and explain the problem and ask for a replacement?

Does anyone know why they recommended this for only 30 and over? I am 27 and thought I might apply to trouble spots. I am also pregnant and pregnancy is the ONLY time my skin looks decent. Thanks...

I asked some knowledgeable ladies and was told because 30 is typically when your hormones start to decline.
