My husband loves Reese's peanut butter cups. So much so that I decided to surprise him with a easy and delicious dessert straight out of THM! I made the Basic Cheese Cake and then after it had cooled I added a very thin layer of sugar-free peanut butter to the top of his slice and drizzled it with sugar-free chocolate while it was still warm (I used the recipe for the Chocolate slab but I added a little coco powder as well as the baking chocolate). He was thrilled! For those of you who love peanut butter and chocolate sweets this is a very easy way to get that fix!
delightx8: Is there any reason why I shouldn't add a full scoop of whey protein to the Singing Canary if I want to use it as a snack or meal replacement? So happy to find something for adrenal fatigue!

rahel: Hello there,I have just started the plan and before that I did low carb-high protein. That diet allowed Oatbran, as the "only" fiber loaded carb. So now I still have a lot of that at home - is oat bran allowed to use? 100gs: Carbs:47g, Fiber:18g,Protein:14

steffanie3: You can use oatbran in an E setting Don't confuse it with oat fiber in some of the recipes on here though, common confusion.

asensenig: Does this include Ezekiel Bread? I have a THM recipe that calls for 7 cups wheat kernels. It does not mention that it needs to be sprouted or rye.

steffanie3: Ezekiel is sprouted. You could post your recipe up in a post so we could see it

asensenig: Ezekiel Mix: 12 cups Barley; 12 cups Rye or Spelt; 4 cups dry lentils; 4 cups millet; 4 cups dry pinto beans; 3 cups dry soy beans. Another question. Can rye berries be used without sprouting?

steffanie3: I was thinking you meant the store bought Ezekiel which is sprouted. This recipe would not be on plan with the honey.

asensenig: ok. if you substituted another sweetner for the honey, would it be ok?

aecmama: hello! just started the plan and wondering about the Chobani 100 yogurt that is sweetened with stevia and also monkfruit extract (both of which I have already in the house!) Anyone know anything? I've spent awhile searching. Are either of these on plan?
