My nephew Zadok, grows organic produce and gave me some Daikon radishes. They are a great S substitute for fried potatoes. All bitterness from the radish leaves when it is cooked. These were yummy simply seasoned with celtic sea salt and cooked in some Louanna coconut oil.

Those look delicious. I miss potatoes sometimes. They used to be a staple here.

I was just curious, about how many carbs are in a cup of these?

Hardly any. About 3 net carbs if you're picky. Since it's a non starchy vegetable though, you don't have to worry about those carbs.
