Hi I am a 43 year old mom of 9 with one on the way waiting for my book and eager to start my journey. My request is that someone might give me a list of products that will be essential for me to buy so I can have them on hand when I start. We live in a rural area with no health food stores so I will need to order from amazon. Thank you so much. Ashley

The essentials will vary from person to person. For me, I want to eat sweet things, so the nustevia pure extract powder is an essential. Also the Swanson whey protein powder which I use in my fuel pull smoothies. Those are probably the only three essential special ingredients for me.
Coconut oil is nice to make skinny chocolate and use in many of the baked good recipes. A lot of people find the glucomannan critical for gravies and sauces, but I don't make many of those, and it's not essential to the smoothies. I do also appreciate having Dreamfields pasta for a once a week mac & cheese treat; that's available at many Walmarts. I also like the low-carb tortillas with only ~5 g net carbs, which I also find at my local Walmart.
