Emily, do you buy coconut milk in a can? What brand? THANKS! Yes, it's in a can. I buy the 365 Whole Foods Organic brand. There may also be a non organic 365 option which could be a little bit cheaper too, if you don't care about organic. I don't remember exactly.

Living in Townsville - Qld, Australia. Where (or which website) is the best place to buy glucomannan powder?

I buy 5 pound bags of rye flour from Azure for $4.25. It is even cheaper if you buy in larger quantities.
I usually buy the Natural Value brand of organic canned coconut milk, as it is the cheapest at our local food co-op and Azure. But Trader Joe's brand is much cheaper if you don't mink a few additives.

I haven't found any in Aust. I'm in SA & I got it from iherb.com as it has the best international shipping rates.

the native forest brand organic coconut milk is bpa free. i get it by the case from azure. still spendy. (natural value isn't bpa free if you have a preference) for a budget saver: cash-n-carry chains have 10# cans, and it does freeze well

I saw Natural Value cans at the co-op today that had BPA Free printed onto the can in big letters. I have never noticed that before, so maybe they recently switched. I notice Azure is out now, but should receive a shipment Monday so am guessing the new shipment would also be BPA free...?? It's so much cheaper than the Native Forest brand!

Our Costco has the best price I can find on quarts of non-RBST heavy cream or half & half, and also Daisy sour cream (made w/ RBST cream, but they don't advertise it.), and 5 pound bags of RBST free Kirkland's brand Mozzarella. They also carry big bags of organic cane sugar. And now you know why I'm chubby.

Oh - and non-fat greek yogurt!

I just made some chicken tenders out of TJ's almond meal. It is really good and a good price. I have to travel 1.5 hours to get to the one in Nashville, but I stock up on the basics when I go. Now I will really know what to look for since I'm starting Monday.
