Has anyone else tried this drink recipe that Serene posted on FB the other day? I am soooo into it and keep guzzling it down!
My question is: is there a point where I can overdo the amount of apple cider vinegar I'm consuming in one day?

Good Girl Moon Shine •Fill a quart sized jar with water and ice. •Add a generous drizzle of raw apple cider vinegar (I use 1-2 Tbs). •Add 1 tsp of ginger powder (I buy this from the bulk food section at Whole Foods Market). •Add a few shakes of Nustevia Pure Extract Powder to taste. I only use 3-4 shakes because I don’t like things too sweet but you can play with sweetness and try more. If you use Truvia – try 3-5 tsp. Be warned-- it's so good you will think about it even when you're not drinking it...as I sit here at the computer I am drinking more!

I really think the ice makes it for me. And most of the time I don't add stevia either. ALthough it is a nice welcomed treat when I remember And to answer your question, I really don't think you can overdo apple cider vinegar. I mean really, how many quarts of this are you consuming in a day. Even if you had say 4, well that's only up to 8 tbsp a day. No worries! Keep guzzling

I am also enjoying this too I have made a drink similar but adding some ginger (I do less than suggested because I am not a huge fan) is good and healthy.

Yes the ice makes it so refreshing! I had 3 quarts yesterday (my first day of doing it and I was really excited!) Thank you- glad others are enjoying this too!

I don't add the ice, but I'm drinking it all the time. This is great for people like me with a tendency to scarf I love it. I've actually eaten less today because I'm drinking more. Probably a good thing anyway for today because when I did eat it was quite decadent S

I am wondering about the ginger powder. My heath food store has "ginger root powder" in bulk but are out right now. Can I buy the capsule and empty the contents out? Is that the same? Or do I buy the organic spice "ginger" and use that? I am confused on what type of ginger to use or are the above all the same? Thanks for any help!

Do you have trouble with the ginger dissolving?
Any other combinations people have tried? We're gonna try lemon tomorrow!

Have any of you tried it with soda water? I'm just waiting 'til the next time I go shopping so I can get the ginger and ACV.

Ginger root powder and the spice ginger should be the same thing. I suspect the stuff in capsules is also the same but may have fillers, just check the ingredients. If they are all the same, buy whatever is a good value.

I have added coconut extract and fresh lemon or lime juice to this...adds a lot of flavor! The ginger powder I used didn't dissolve...not crazy about it. I have also added a tbsp of chia seeds to it.

I love this drink. I made it immediately after seeing the post on FB and it is so good. The ginger does settle but I just put the lid on and shake it up.

Serene posted about it in the serene and pearl section here on the forum and there are tips and info there.
I always add fresh lime and love it like that.
I have also used fresh ginger root (from the grocery store produce section) and prefer that but it takes quite a bit to get that really gingery flavor.
I have yet to try it with club soda but I think that would be a nice treat.
