I've been craving these wings all day, and when I pulled the recipe out just now to get them ready for dinner, I notice that it calls for franks wing sauce. Which I do not have. Any other suggestions?

I suppose you've already made it or changed your mind...but for next time you could experiment with cayenne and/or red pepper flakes and a tiny hint of vinegar in some kind of carrier, like oil or butter maybe?

Thanks! Yes, after posting and not getting anywhere, I made a quick run to the nearest town and bought some franks. The wings turned out delicious! Dh and I agreed we wanted to slurp the excess sauce.

for future reference My betty crocker has a recipe for hot wing sauce in the appetizers section. I know its good but can't remember if its on plan or not off the top of my head.
