I know it says no egg yolks with an E meal but can you scramble a whole egg and put it on a piece of Ezekiel toast without butter and use the egg yolk as your fat?

1 egg yolk as your fat should be fine. It has about 5g of fat.

Same topic here regarding fat. I think I missed it for my lunch. Turkey on ezekial(2 slices) with romaine and mustard....could this be why I am still starving? Only an hour has passed...what should I do? (Currently nursing a 5 month old)

If you have an E lunch like that, especially if you're nursing, throw in some FP snacks, either to accompany your meal, or a little later when you're hungry. You can also have more lean protein and veggies in your meal to help you fill up more. Fat does help you stay full for longer. You could eat your E meal just as it was if you want, as even lean meat does have a little bit of fat still, but you could add just a touch more fat if you wanted to and still be fine for E guidelines.

Ok, thanks you. I added almonds and a slice of swiss cheese.
