I'm curious if the Fit and Active flatbreads would be okay for S meals. They seem comparable to Joseph's Lavash (which my local grocery store does not carry). Here's the NI for one whole wrap:
90 calories 2.5 g fat 16 g carbs 9 g dietary fiber
Are there particular ingredients I should look for/make sure aren't present?

They will work for S, not as low carb as the Joseph's pitas but fine. I tried them once and didn't enjoy the taste as much but we are all so different and maybe you will like them. Make sure to try out the "Egg White Wrap" recipe in the book. They make great wraps and healthier of course. We use 1/8 cup psyllium now instead of 3 Tbs with the one cup egg whites.

Thanks, Pearl! I need to look for the psyllium so that I can try the Egg White wraps - I don't mind the taste of the Aldi ones (i think that they are better than flatout wraps), and I'll try to stick to 1/2 wrap to keep my carbs even lower.

Great idea cindy, sticking to 1/2 one.

Okay, Pearl, you inspired me to order the psyllium husks, along with Swanson whey and Nutiva extra virgin coconut oil - yay! I'm so excited to be getting all the things I need to really work this plan well!
