I'm not sure if this is the right spot for this, if it's not please move to the correct location for this type of post, thanks! I meant to post this earlier but got distracted Anyway, I am starting a 3 week Fuel Cycle today so if anyone else is doing this also or would like to jump in let me know so we can support each other with menu ideas, etc. If anyone is curious, here is my menu for the week to be repeated each week for the duration of the 3 week cycle:
Day 1 Deep S
B: Serene's Steamed Omega Sensation (sans walnuts) over sautéed spinach & coffee w/ heavy cream & stevia
Sn: Fat Stripping Frappa (w/ coffee cubes, no berries)
L: Blackened Salmon over greens w/ olive oil & vinegar & GGMS
Sn: Skinny chocolate & iced coffee (it's hot here!)
D: Pot Roast, broccoli sautéed in butter, and green salad
Dessert: Tummy Tucking Ice Cream
Day 2 Deep S
B: Fried Eggs, Bacon, & sautéed mushrooms
Sn: Macha pudding
L: Taste of Thailand soup w/ Earthmilk
Sn: FS Frappa (w/coffee cubes, no berries...or choc/pb)
D: Roasted Chicken, Sautéed Green Beans, green salad
Dessert: Meringues dipped in skinny chocolate
Day 3 Deep S
B: Whey Smoothie w/ coconut oil & egg yolk
Sn: Choc/PB pudding
L: (leftover) steak or chicken over greens w/ OO & ACV
Sn: Green Tea Frappa
D: Grilled Salmon, Green Salad w/ OO & ACV, mashed faux-tatoes
Dessert: Tummy Tucking Ice Cream
Day 4 Fuel Pull
B: Big Boy Smoothie
Sn: choc/pb pudding
L: Fuel Pull Salad w/ Trim Honey Mustard
Sn: Almond Raspberry Swirl
D: Joseph's Fuel Pull Pizza & salad
Dessert: Frozen yogurt pops
Day 5 Fuel Pull
B: Cookie Bowl Oatmeal
Sn: Fat stripping Frappa
L: Mexican Cottage Cheese & Light Tomato Soup
Sn: Lean deli meat roll-ups
D: Stir fry w/ konjac noodles
Dessert: Greek yogurt w/ berries
Day 6 E
B: Cottage Style toast on sprouted roll
Sn: FS frappe
L: Love My Sweet Potato Lunch & Earthmilk
Sn: Waldorf Cottage Cheese Salad
D: Mexican E style Crockpot Chicken & Salad
Dessert: Frozen Yogurt
Day 7 E
B: Cottage Blueberry porridge
Sn: Big Boy Smoothie
L: Quick Tuna Medley & Earthmilk
Sn: Cottage Berry Whip
D: All Day Lentil Soup w/ chicken breasts & spinach
Dessert: Baked Apples (maybe something cooler, it's so hot here, have I mentioned that? lol)
This will be my 3rd complete Fuel Cycle so if you have questions please feel free to ask, I might be able to help...even though I've been doing this for 8 months I'm still learning & improving & tweaking.
