I need a little help in how to make my coffee. I like putting sugar AND hazelnut cream in it. But obviously those are not plan approved. I've tried coffee with Stevia and cream. And also added a bit of coconut oil at one point. But I just don't LOVE the taste. And I really want to. I was wondering if adding extracts is approved. Or maybe adding hazelnut milk instead of cream? I have hazelnut coffee beans, but its still not strong enough taste for me. Or if you guys could tell me how you prepare your coffee. I've tried to find how Peal and Serene (I'm more of a Serene's style) make their coffee. I really need help
Extracts are just fine. Also, NOW foods makes a liquid stevia sweetener, that is hazelnut flavored, as does SweetLeaf. I was just thinking of trying some myself I'm not sure about the hazelnut milk, it might be too high in fat to have with you S and FP?

mandy140: Where do I find the recommended items and where to buy them? I thought they would be on this web site. Like THM Sweet Blend, Whey powder, Gluccomannan, Konjac noodles, Chana Dahl beans. I can't seem to find my way around.

stacylynn: mandy140: I bought the konjac noodles and gluc powder at: www.konjacfoods.com, but found the chana dahl on Amazon! Check out the whey powder on www.swansonvitamins.com. Hx food stores and Grocery Outlet may be local options for you as well.

mandy140: I have a question about Whey Protein Powder. I read Serene's article on Whey, friend or foe? I checked Swanson's web site and there are so many Whey Powders there I can't find the one Serene recommended; the CFM. How do I know which it is? Thanks.

farmerblacks: I did THM for a few months and loved it. I got away from it when I had to have 2 surgeries in 6 weeks. I would like to get back to it, but now my husband has to be on a low sodium diet. Are there any THM families that also do low sodium?

robbiesnest56: Do you make the ice cubes out of whole fat and low fat coconut milk so you have both options? Are they both S?[br]

ggwells: Ok new to the site. Want to keep it simple. I understand not to mix high fat with carbs. I love having eggs for breakfast sometimes. So can I have egg burrito with bacon. Then have to S meals for lunch and dinner?
Aug 25, 2014 5:18:51 GMT -5
steffanie3: All coconut things are best thought of as S, but you could use a small amount for FP robbiesnest56
Aug 27, 2014 0:55:38 GMT -5
steffanie3: ggwells, if you purchase some low-carb tortillas you could have a S meal and enjoy burrito. For how it effects lunch and dinner on THM you simply need to wait three hours before you next meal and switching fuels
