Does this menu look okay? I'm 18 years old, and need some opinion! My mom has put me in charge of planning our menus, and I have spent a WHOLE afternoon putting this together. lol Let me know what y'all think! Monday: B- Chia seed pudding with eggs S S- Wasa cracker with laughing cow cheese FP L- Taco Salad S S- Choco pudding FP D- Kai Si Ming w/ salad S D- Skinny Choc. S
Tuesday:B- Cookie Bowl oatmeal FPS- Cukes with laughing cow FPL- Eggs with sausage SS- apple with 1 tsp pbD- cheeseburger pie w/ salad SD- skinny choc. SWednesday: B- fried eggs w/ sausage S S- chia seed pudding FP L- fuel pull salad S- celery with 1tsp pb or lauging cow cheese D- Loaded Fotatoe Soup w/ cheesy garlic rolls S Thursday: B- Sweet Cinnamon Quinoa E S- greek yogurt pudding FP L- Big Boy Smoothie FP S- Choco Pudding FP D- Cabbage Rolls with broccoli S D- Chunky Cream Pops S
Friday: B- Volcano Mudslide Muffin S S- Chia Seed Pudding FP L- THM pancakes E S- apple with 1 tsp pb E D- Fooled ya pizza S D- Mini Choc cake or Tummy tucking icecream S
Saturday: B- Fat stripping frappe FP S- lemon mousse FP L- leftover pizza S S- peach or nectarine E D- burgers on barbi w/ jalapeno poppers wrapped with bacon S
Sunday: whatever we find!
The reason I don't have a lot of E meals is that I have PCOS, and need to stay off of carbs.

It looks great to me It might be a good idea to have a bit of protein with your snack on Saturday, maybe a bit of low-fat cottage cheese?
