B- THM pancakes, Coffee with a splash of goats milk (E)(OMG these are AMAZING!!!! It is worth all the eggs I had to use. I used 6 instead of 7 whites and it was perfect) L- Salad with cottage cheese, chicken, olives and italian dressing to get the fat up to (S) S- Vanilla Smoothie (FP) (just almond milk, almond milk ice cubes, vanilla, stevia and whey) D- Lemon Garlic Salmon, Broccoli, Dreamfield pasta . I started as an E, but after adding oil to everything to "moisten" it, I knew it was a C Now I am looking for a desert because I realized though this that I really do have a sweet tooth! I am going to have to get a Vitamix so I can have the Trim Belly Ice cream.

Crossovers are on plan, just not what you want to do to lose weight So don't beat yourself up over it, just keep on going, the joy of this plan is in three hours (next meal) you get to start again
