I sent my hubby with 2 wasa crackers (light rye) with a think layer of cream cheese (regular fat) 2 slices of cucumber and cayenne pepper. Since I used such a thin smear of cream cheese, will this still be an E?

If it is a really thin layer then it would be FP More fat would be an S.

It is worth the extra fat to make it an S...those crackers are not very tasty on their own LOL
