This has probably been answered somewhere, but I can't find it. On one serving of Trim Healthy Pancakes, (1/3 recipe) how much Polaner's All Fruit can I have without it being too many carbs? Is 2 T. too much, or should it be one? One Tbs. has 10 grams carbs, and 3 grams fiber, so that is a net of 6 carbs. I'm not sure what the carb count is on 1/3 recipe of pancakes. (If I knew I could add it up.) Thank you!

Two Tbsp might be overdoing it a little. Keep it closer to 1 Tbsp, but it doesn't have to be exact.

Okay, thanks! That is what I needed to know. My homemade yogurt is pretty tart, so I will just put a little more stevia in it so I don't have the need for more jam.

I mix 3 Tbsp 0% Greek yogurt with 2-3 tsp All Fruit Polaner and 1-2 tsp Truvia to taste and mix well. This makes enough to top about 3 Trim Healthy Pancakes and it's delicious! Even my 7 year old asks for them this way!
