Apparently this is different from the Muffin in a Mug. ;D
All I can say is, "WOW. I am IMPRESSED!"
I REALLY enjoyed this, but am still STUNNED that it works!
In the past, I've tried a quickie cake in a mug (using traditional flour and sugar ingredients) and was WAY LESS than impressed. They tasted plastic. As such, I pretty much expected the same from this.
Nope! This was just really, really good.
Great end to a better day!

I've tried this a few times and it always has a bitter taste to it. Should I add more Truvia or is it normal to have a bittle taste because of the cocoa?

I tried it today too and had the same bitter taste. Also wondering if I didn't add enough sweetener? First time to make it though, and am impressed that it looks and smells like cake!! Hoping the added sweetener will help the taste. lol Can you decrease the cocoa to 2 T?
