Hi. I am about to run/walk a half marathon in five days and was wondering what I should do for energy to get through it. Typically, for something like this, you would "carb load" a few days before, but I don't want to mess up what I am doing with THM. Thanks!

So I am wondering what you did and how it worked for you. I am training for a half-marathon too (in May), and since I am just starting out on this THM adventure, I have a lot of questions!
