I'm not sure if this is the correct place for this question since I'm new to the forum. If it's not in the right place be easy on me. I'm making and giving coffee mugs for Christmas this year. I'd like to put a pretty jar with some hot chocolate mix with the mugs. I know not everyone receiving these gifts is on the plan, but I'd like to have a plan approved mix anyway. My girls go through a lot of hot chocolate in the cooler months so I'd like to have some on hand myself. I did some searching online and found what look to be good recipes for a single cup, but nothing for a large batch of mix. Any help you could give would be much appreciated!

I don't have an answer for you, but will be following, as my hubby loves to have hot chocolate over the winter. Will you please post a link for the single serving recipe you found?
Thanks, Melissa Z.

I had no idea you could get powdered coconut milk! I'll have to look for that. Thank you. I wonder if it as a strong coconut flavor? Anyone know?
