I tried quite a bit of experiments. I decided I was better off going on other's experiments. I have seen a psyllium bread recipe off of Jennifer Morris' site or its on her pinterest page. I've been interested in trying that too. We've been battling flu, colds, surgery, really fussy baby, I'm the RN for my husband since his surgery this week. I'm completely worn out, but looking forward to 'normal' life. I sleep every chance I can get. I want to get some foods prepared for the freezer so that school will get its proper attention again. I'm still optimistic, thanks to God and the energy I'm getting from eating mostly on plan still. Need to drink more fluids, though. The kitchen is such a fun place to be, especially when you have all your favorite ingredients stocked up!

You really like peanut butter! I do, too!
Is your chocolate peanut butter spread made with peanut flour? Or is this recipe skinny chocolate with a heavy dose of peanut butter to keep it creamy?
I'd like to see the recipe if its a special one you've made.

Susie, I go through phases. Been real busy...and p.nut butter is quick and easy. But thinking I shouldn't overdo it for long. What I've been doing is mixing a Tbs or so (no measurements) each of cocoa pdr, coconut oil, p.nut butter, and almond milk, with a little stevia.....
