d--{E} Crockpot Lentil Vegetable Soup

It may seem a little repetitive but I'm trying to get the hang of things. My trouble is sides and after my first week, going off plan in the evening.
I think this may be a good 1st or 2nd week starter menu for those who want to get started right away with what we have in the pantry already. What do you think?
