I've been wanting to try the Big Boy Smoothie for months now. I finally got around to it last night...Boy, was it good! It tasted almost like soft-serve strawberry ice cream. This is one of my new staples! I think I'll have one again today...mmmm.
I have tried the Tummy Tucking Ice Cream and didn't really care for it. I'm sure I needed to do something different. But, this is WAY better. I think I could make chocolate. I'll try it out so see.
Anyway, I just wanted to let everyone who hasn't yet tried it how GREAT the Big Boy Smoothie is :-)!

Yes, it is delicious. The frappa, the recipe before the BBS is chocolate and oh so good!

I've tried the FSF but I really don't care for the "slimy" feel of the gluccie. I think I will try that one w/o the gluccie and see what happens.
I just had another BBS and it was oh, so delicious :-) What a great FP snack. I used 5 strawberries, but only ate about 2/3 of it, the kids got the rest. If I use 5 strawberries can I eat the whole thing and still keep it FP? I would eat that for breakfast sometimes if I can have all 5 berries. I don't think I would want less than 5 berries unless I used some strawberry extract (which is an idea...hmmm).

dashingdish.com/recipe/snickers-protein-shake/Here's the link for the snickers recipe! Seriously, such a satisfying shake if you like snickers!!! Don't let the cottage cheese ingredient throw you off, you blend it so it doesn't feel like cottage cheese - just like a yummy shake texture!!

If you leave off the toppings, which I do, it's a fuel pull!!

I just looked at the Snickers shake and it does look to be FP. Wow! It looks awesome. Will definitely have to try it...but I need to get some caramel extract.

I got mine at Walmart - not all of them have it for some reason (I would call to check in advance without wasting your time driving!)
If not, purchase some online as soon as you can lol...it's so worth it! Oh, and if you order online, order some butterscotch too - online was the only place I found butterscotch but it's really yummy in puddings and nighty-night custard!

The Snicker's Protein Shake is a FUEL PULL? That's without toppings. But we can still use the the defatted PB Flour or with 1 tsp of peanut butter, right? If I've read this correctly that's amazing.

Sure The more generous amount of peanut flour might make it more "peanutty" but it won't hurt to try it

Sure The more generous amount of peanut flour might make it more "peanutty" but it won't hurt to try it Not flour but peanut butter...1 teaspoon. It's in the recipe but I want to be sure it would really be a Fuel Pull. What with trying to eat every 3 to 4 hours I think having a list of Fuel Pull snacks will help. Because my schedule is crazy and I might finally get a snack at 4.5 hours and then it'd be close to the next meal.

Yes, I am saying you could add more if it were peanut flour, but a tsp of peanut butter would stay FP, it just might not be as "peanutty" Great job on working on getting your meals and snacks close to three hours apart

Amazing that this is FP. Having a non scale goal is really working for me, but I don't want to mess up the FPs and the Ss and sabotage myself in the weight loss area. Cause weight loss is an overall goal for me.
