I've been having lots of trouble getting eggs down this pregnancy (even hidden in THM pudding ) and the S or E meals rarely sit well with me if I don't make them a crossover. Can anyone share tips on making recipes that are easy to get down while pregnant?!! I really want to keep to the THM plan but its hard for me while pregnant! Tips anyone, on what has worked for you?? Just finished my first trimester so maybe that will help.

First tri was really hard. Hopefully things will get better for you. My advice would be to stick to cross overs til you can handle regular S and E. Breakfasts were hardest for me. I really needed to balance carbs and fat in the morning or I'd feel sick.

Crossovers and S helpers are totally on plan in pregnancy. Everyone seems to have different aversions, but sometime smoothies go well for mamas and have a lot of protein to help keep blood sugar stable. Good Girl Moonshine helped me a lot trimhealthymama.freeforums.net/thread/1307/drink-good-girl-moon-shine. I could do hardboiled eggs early on, but not eggs any other way that I had to see them raw, lol. Sometimes even just S helper helped me make it through some meals. Thin Mint Shake was and is still a go to for me, I add a scoop of protein powder so I am getting lots of protein in it and enjoy it a lot www.gwens-nest.com/family-favorite-recipes/thm-peppermint-chocolate-chip-milkshake-recipe/ I do a bit less mint, because my particular brand seems strong. String cheese can be good to have on hand as well, or any cheese, but string is convenient. I craved fruit at the beginning and did cheese and a piece of fruit for a snack or a little bit of nuts.
