Wow does that look good. I used to make a brownie recipe that had oats in it and I loved the texture it gave. Definitely will be trying this. Thanks for posting!

Ok y'all I tried this and was so exited to eat it but after sitting in fridge over night , I dumped the whole thing out it was so sour I couldn't eat it. Is Greek yougurt always sour or do I need a different brand or what?

My Greek yogurt is. I wish I knew how to blunt the flavour. Even when I sweeten, it's like its sweet n sour:/

Use 1% or non-fat cottage cheese in place of the yogurt! That's what I do when I need something to stay sweet!

Is there any chance you have a Costco close by? I've found the Kirkland brand of greek yogurt to be the only one that's not so sour. I've noticed that all the different brands do taste slightly different... maybe try one you haven't tried before?
