Breakfast~ Ham and cheese melt- something my son kind of made up with sliced lunch meat with cheese on top broiled until melted. So yummy to me and I haven't been eating lunch meat cold while expecting, so fills a quick food option as well. Strawberry GGMS Lunch~ Singing Canary (pregnancy style) with full scoop Tropical protein powder in my portion Snack~ Likely some more Canary, not sure. Probably should try and get a boiled egg in as well or maybe some nuts. Supper~ salmon, asparagus~ roasted plenty of fat, bell peppers (I like them baked with fish) I am not feeling well, trying to kick a cold, but want to keep eating well so really hoping to follow through with the supper plans

I have been the WORST at planning my meals lately but I NEED to do this! This will be great accountability! Here is what I have planned for today (as of right this second, planning while I type : B: Coconut pecan MIM w/ cc frosting & Rich Coffee Trimmy (S) L: Turkey Mozz toast with 1/2 Waldorf Cottage Cheese Salad using a pear instead of an apple (E) Sn: FSF D: Baked chicken, sautéed asparagus, and green salad w/ ACV & OO (Deep S) And I definitely need something warm to drink today so I see a hot chocolate Trimmy in there somewhere cuz it's snowing...again...in NC...in March, it's crazy! Oh, just saw this...about forgot. Breakfast: quinoa, Greek yogurt, strawberries, stevia Snack: shake w/ ACV, lemon, fresh ginger, fresh hot pepper, cayenne pepper, strawberries, and scoop of protein powder! Lunch: S salad: salad greens, olives, tomatoes, peas, feta cheese, olive oil and salt. Snack: Earth milk, made with celery juice, raspberry and pepppermint teas as liquid part. Little later, blueberry muffin, cream In a minute: other quart of earth milk. Supper: dilled fish patties, sauteed broccoli, roasted or sauteed garlc Snack: Basic treat square?

Today: Breakfast: Almond Poppyseed MIM, Greek yogurt and slim belly jelly Lunch: Leftover Swedish meatballs on a Basic Sandwich Bun Snack: Peppermint Chocolate Chip Shake (Gwen's) Dinner: Salmon, Brussell sprouts roasted and salad with homemade ranch dressing Dessert- Friiters- poss Apple.
