Breakfast: S 2 fried eggs, basic cheese cake with blueberry chia seed sauce. Coffee and cream. Snack: S superfood drink, 3 small peanut butter cookies from book. Lunch: E light tomatoe soup w/quinoa, 1 slice desem bread, small salad, 1/2 apple. Snack: FP chocolate cherry milkshake. Supper: S chicken, broccoli and cheese sauce, might have fried cabbage too. Trying to drink more water too. Someone said 5% if your body weight. That would be about 1 gallon for me. That sounds like a lot. I'm happy if I get my 2 litres besides tea, coffee, or other drinks.
