Does anyone have any advice for severe daily post natal headaches? Hoping I won't get them this time, but I have had them after every baby since my 5th. They seem to get worse each time... Last time I took ibuprofen at my husband's and midwife's insistance. It kept them down to a more mild manageable headache but didn't take them away...

My friend had this. They were very debilitating for her. I know she saw a neurologist (though my son has had long term headaches and I never was satisfied with them). She also does acupuncture which also helped my son. I found the book Heal Your Headache very helpful for myself in understanding how they are triggered. Post natal sounds like hormones are the main thing but there may still be some food triggers too.

I read that CoQ10 is good for migraines (you can google it to see links)...it may be worth a try, even if they are not migraines
My 15 yo ds was getting terrible headaches from his anxiety meds....the neurologist told us to give him B complex when he takes them, and it really works! B complex may be worth a try too
Hope you find something that works
