After sharing this 'accidental' phenomenon with the FC Ladies, the response I got was incredible. So I thought it was time to spread the love. Thin Skinny Toffee, (the name is a work in progress...) Recipe: 1/4c browned butter, 3/4c coconut oil, 1T Truvia, 1/2t salt, 1/2t caramel ext, 1 scoop whey protein I just blended mine altogether in the blender and put it on a cookie sheet in the freezer to harden. The Toffee layer kinda separated to the bottom as you can see, but oh, its so good!

Very yummy topped with Skinny Chocolate. I will use half the salt next time though, I used Real Salt if it makes a difference and salted butter.

Really really delicious. (Reduced the salt a bit, and also did a plain one without whey.)

Do you mean is this an S or an E? It is an S. It could be used as a dessert after an S meal, or for an S snack.
