Hello! I'm brand spankin new - this is day 2 for me.
Can anyone tell me if Wholly Guacamole cups are ok? They come in 100 Calorie cups and I'd love to have them on my lettuce wrap for lunches but it says 5g of carbs, so I'm not sure if it's ok for an "S" meal.

Yes, avocado are an S food I believe the Wholly Guacamole has all on plan ingredients. Would you mind posting the ingredients to be sure?

Something to keep in mind is you don't need to count carbs in non-starchy veggies. I actually really don't count carbs at all, just know what kind of food I am eating and keeping the portions in line (in E particularly) has worked really well.
