This is from our forum member Sophia & I'll second that it's really good: Our "Blueberries 'N Cream" oatmeal this morning was sooo delicious!! I soaked 2 1/2 cups of old fashioned oats with 2 1/2 cups of water (There were 8 people eating ), 2 1/2 tablespoons of spelt flour, and 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar for 24 hours. Then I poured all that into a pot and cooked it on medium-heat for about 5-7 minutes (all the water had been soaked up after that). I removed it from the heat and added 1 1/4 cups frozen blueberries, 1 1/4 scoops Swanson vanilla protein powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, generous 1/4 teaspoon stevia extract (GO THM brand!), and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract. cashen10: I just made it again the other day, only I did steel cut oats instead. It is just as scrumptious that way! The only change in the recipe (that I made! ) would be to add about a cup of almond milk/water to the oats while cooking since steel cut oats have to have more liquid to cook all the way through. I am working on the post for my blog. Can't wait to share it! Update: I also forgot to mention that you do have to cook steel cut oats a little longer as well.

Just looked at the recipe on your blog. It was written up real nice. It's so nice that you are interested in health and cooking already while you are young!

I actually love it. I am have been praying, and I think I might become a nutritionist and get certification as a personal trainer, when I finish school. Cooking is a love of mine also. I might as well go to culinary school. I wouldn't mind at all having my own THM approved restaraunt! lol
