Breakfast: protein pancake (E) Lunch: lettuce wraps (FP) Dinner: turkey and veggies on egg white wrap (FP) If I am still hungry I might have a small amount of yams with this meal making it an E meal Dessert: banana protein shake (E)

Breakfast~ salad with turkey lunchmeat, cheese, cottage cheese, olives, italian dressing Lunch~ Pizza (trying new crust) with turkey pepperoni, onions, peppers, olives, cheese Snack~ Skinny Toffee/Skinny Chocolate, smoothie~ Snikckers shake probably Supper~ Taco salads with ground beef, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, salsa Snack~ smoothie with frozen mango
Drinking throughout the day~ iced Ooolong, Cranberry Wassail, maybe a GGMS
Salad for breakfast? I asked the 10 year old if he could get me something since I was nursing the babe (for a long while), he made me a great salad, I thanked him very much and went with it, lol.

B - kefir, cranberry, protein shake 3 small slices toast w/cream cheese (CO) L - borscht, toast w/butter, cold beef and mustard (CO) Sn - kefir, cranberry, protein shake S - fried eggs, steamed/fried veggies (S) Sn - see if I feel like I need one

Tuesday, April 29th AM (S) 3 fried eggs SN (FP) yogurt and strawberries LU (E) l.o. rice and curry SN (E) kefir orange shake SU (S) crockpot cabbage and elk meat SN (CO) apple and cheese sticks Copied from my menu thread . In town working for my husband, so food prep needed to be quick. Had the eggs for breakfast, took yogurt and strawberries in a bowl, made kefir shake and put it back in the bottle, took a bowl of leftovers for lunch, apple and cheesesticks for eve. And fixed supper in the crockpot, which went with us, and will cook at the place we're working at! Stephanie, I wondered about your early morning salad craving! Lol. Isn't it nice when our kids help out, though?!

I forgot to add mine earlier, so here goes for Saturday: B: eggs, sautéed baby greens, mushrooms, & garlic, bacon, strawberries & rich coffee Trimmy (S) Breakfast usually ends up being a big brunch on Saturday b/c hubby is home & we drag our feet getting the day started. Sn: Thin Mint Shake (S) D: Chicken Enchiladas & salad (S) Dessert: Lemon Mousse
