Sticky Cinnamon Rolls Ooey and gooey with cinnamony goodness but not destructive to your waistline! Marissa J came up with this recipe and we all say a big Thank You. Nothing like the delicious smell wafting from a kitchen where cinnamon rolls are baking. 1c butter ¼ cup THM Sweet Blend (or one cup xylitol) Optional 1-2 doonks (1/32 tsp.) THM Pure Stevia Extract Powder if you want extra sweetness (Cream the above ingredients together) Add: 2 eggs 3/4 c Unsweetened Almond Milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1c oat fiber 1c almond flour 1c coconut flour 2T Xanthum gum 2T baking powder Mix all ingredients until a sticky dough forms. Place dough on parchment paper sprayed with coconut oil spray. Roll smooth and until 1/4 thick. Brush the dough with butter and sprinkle with a cinnamon/THM Sweet Blend or xylitol mixture. Roll the dough until the roll reaches approx 2.5" thick. Makeup Delights approx 2 logs). Slice and place in a baking dish. Bake 350* 30 min. (or until slightly brown/don't overbake). Serve warm. THM Natural Sweeteners available at www.trimhealthymama.com (If using Truvia in this recipe you’ll want to use ½ cup) ~copied from facebook

I made these today, we loved them! I made only a half batch, which worked fine. I think I slightly over cooked them and only had them in for 15 minutes but my oven does seem to be very fast. Next time I will watch them a little more closely but will certainly make them again.

I just made a double batch, YUM! Before I put the rolls in the pans I put some butter chips, Xylitol, and sugar free maple syrup on the bottom for a caramel sauce. Purists could use maple flavoring. Kids loved them.

My batch made 18, so how many would you be able to eat for a serving?

Is there any substitutions for Xanthum Gum? And how many in a serving?

They don't seem to have any true carb amounts according to my eyes. My guess is 3-4 should fill you up! You just might need a bit of protein to go with it, like a trimmy!

Glucomannan can work many times for xanthan, I haven't tried it in this though A key to THM is to just keep in mind moderation more than a serving size
