Breakfast~ salad with ham, cheese, tomatoes, avocado, ranch (S) Lunch~ green beans, bacon, Snicker's shake (S) Snack~ Coconut Divine Fudge Squares~ tweaked orange style (Creamsicle Jay Robbs and orange extract) Supper~ Speedy Thin Crust pizza with salami, olives, mushrooms, cheese (S) Iced black tea (bummed, I am out of Oolong, not sure how I let that happen ) and water to drink Awesome son made breakfast again

B: FP Pumpkin Spice Cake w/ GYCC & strawberries L: lo Zuppa Tuscano & GGMS (S) Dessert: lo strawberry dark forest trifle & coffee w/ raw cream (S) D: Stew beef & stir fry veggies over caul-rice Sn: FSF Last nights dessert was so good I wanted it right after lunch so I had dessert after lunch...I'm the mommy, I can do that if I want

Breakfast: omellete with bacon and cheese (S) this was the best choice I could make at a restaurant Lunch: deli meat wraps (FP) Snack: peanut butter cookies (S) Dinner: pizza casserole with salad (S) Dessert: peanut butter squares (S)
Today was crazy busy.....even though it was a bit S heavy I stayed on plan.
