Breakfast~ fried eggs, turkey bacon (S) Lunch~ Fooled Ya Pizza (S) Snack~ veggies and blue cheese dip (S) Supper~ baked cod, quinoa and kale (E)
Sipping on Oolong, Cranberry Wassail (iced), water

Today, June 2nd.
AM (E) steel cut oats, almond milk, blueberries
SN (E) apple
LU (S) l.o. chicken, ricotta cheese
SN (E) canned chicken, canned pineapple
SU (S) leaf lettuce, turkey, avocado salad; coconut milk, raspberry shake w/ protein powder, skinny chocolate, and whipped cream
SN (CO) piece of mozzarella cheese, blueberries and almond milk
This was a grab as I go day. Not as rounded as when planned!

B: (E) egg whites, nutritional yeast, turkey sausage & veggies over sprouted flat bread & Earthmilk
Sn: (FP) FSF-mocha flavored
L: (S) salmon & leftover zucchini & broccoli sautéed in coc oil over spring greens w/ macadamia oil & coconut vinegar & 2 choc/PB squares
D: (S) Ham steak, scrambled eggs, Hazelnut muffin & GGMS

B: 4 egg whites, ham, onion, and green pepper fried, 2 slices toast with slim belly jelly. (E)
Sn: banana, oats, cocoa, PB, and whey smoothie. (E)
L: 1/2 c cooked rice, ham, and onion fried with 1 tsp CO, Cucumber and tomato salad, 1/4 slice watermelon. (E)
Sn: brownie with PB icing. (S)
S: Fooled Ya Pizza, salad, dessert(?). (S)
Sn: not sure probably an 'S' though.
