Breakfast~ chia seeds, hemp hearts, coconut, pecans, vanilla, almond milk (S) Lunch~ Speedy Thin Crust pizza, ham, olives, mushrooms (S) Snack~ cheese, mini bell peppers, ranch (S) Supper~ baked cod, quinoa and kale, bell peppers (E) Dessert~ Fat Strippin Frappa or Big Boy (FP, might go E and add a bit of frozen mango)
Sipping GGMS and water
