Breakfast~ Snickers Shake, veggies and blue cheese dip (S) (Didn't want a FP breakfast (nursing mama), so odd combination ) Lunch~ Baked cod, butternut squash, quinoa and kale (E) Snack~ Cherry Shake amended to E (no half-n-half with real cherries, bit of cocoa for SC) Supper~ Taco Bake, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, sour cream (S) Dessert~ Apple Spice Cake (SH) or Berry Cake (S) or Rhubarb Crisp (S) (not sure what I am baking this afternoon, need to figure that out) Sipping Oolong, Cranberry Wassail iced

7:00 (E) steel cut oats, 1/2 pear, few blueberries, almond milk
10:00 (E) kefir, orange, greens shake
1:00 (S) salmon and sauteed spinach and garlic
4:00 (S) Greek yogurt, berries, skinny chocolate
7:00 (S) Beef fajitas
