This is week 6 of THM for me. My goal this week is to eat every 3-4 hours...already had too long a spread between breakfast and lunch. My crazy schedule needs adjusting! B - An S - 2 eggs fried in butter, 3 slices of bacon, coffee with Splenda (till I use it up) and half and half. L - An S - Big salad with tomatoes, red onion, cheese, chicken all chopped. Tuscan chicken 7:30 pm D - An E - Progresso Soup and Ezekial Bread 10:30 pm S - I have some skinny chocolate in the freezer if I am hungry.

B smoothie whey & almond milk 1 teas pb2 S picked egg & motzerella stick L peanuts , cooked beets S choc pudding D chicken grilled with summer squash Also wolfed down 2 turky hot dogs!

So instead of the Skinny chocolate at 7:30pm I had the Fat Stripping Frappa. Then at 10:30 pm I had the E meal of 1/2 a can of Progresso Light Soup and 2 slices of Ezekial bread.
Eating every 3 hours for the afternoon and evening felt a bit weird. I'm going to try and do it all day tomorrow.

Busy day, running in a different town
Breakfast~ Almond Joy Shake with added coconut oil, 1 Cottage Toast (SH) Lunch~ fast food burger no bun (S), still hungry~ fast food sliced roast beef (S) Snack~ radishes and blue cheese dressing (S) Supper~ Key Lime Shake, orange, 1 Cottage Toast (E)
Sipping ice tea and water
I am just keeping it real, not a great day for this nursing mama. I don't like to do two shakes in a day.

Yesterday, July 9th
6:30? (SH) cereal made with a little bit (1/6th a cup) of steel cut oats and flax meal, almond milk, 2 fried eggs in butter, Bengal spice tea with stevia and cream, 1/4 th of an apple
10:30? (SH) about 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, roasted salted sunflower seeds, SMALL handful of oat granola (homemade, on plan)
2:00? (SH) 2 pieces of salmon in butter, 1/2 if an apple
5:30? (SH) 5 lettuce leaves, each smeared with a LITTLE hummus, 1/2 avocado divided between, with tomato, cheese, turkey lunchmeat. Should have done lettuce roll ups before...
8:45? (S) Skinny chocolate with roasted salted almonds
