At Costco I found Mama Chia Chia Squeeze Blackberry Bliss. They are a prepackaged snack that needs no refrigeration. 2 grams of fat and 6 net carbs would make this a Fuel Pull. 1 pouch is 70 calories 2 gr fat 10 carbs 4 fiber 2 protein They have no added sugar or sweetener. They have organic chia seeds, organic grape juice concentrate, organic blackberry puree, organic blackberry juice concentrate, organic purple carrot juice concentrate, citric acid, organic natural blackberry flavor, organic natural blueberry flavor. My life is so crazy I hope this is something I can carry with me and use to snack on THM plan. I admit it's VERY Drive thru Sue! What do you all think?

Juice spikes your blood sugar. A bag of nuts travels well, Costco has tubes of them of different types (or they used to) they would go well in a purse (of course you could baggie up your own).

Well I already have nuts that I packaged in a plastic bag that I carry around. I was looking for something else...it's hard for me to eat every 3 to 4 hours. Eating every 3 to 4 hours is my goal for this week. Today I made my lunch and ate it while driving. But then it was 5 hours till dinner. Close to goal.

Hmm, maybe look at the snack pages in the book as well, but an apple could be pretty portable, if you can bring a cooler that would give you so many more options (I know it isn't possible for some mamas) boiled eggs (do a bunch at the beginning of the week and peel so they are ready to go), string cheese, prepped veggies and dip, etc.

I feel like the cooler isn't an option but maybe I'm wrong. Maybe I need to try a lunch box some days and see if it could work for me. It's about 120 inside my car so the timing of eating would have to be right. It wouldn't last for hours...
My schedule isn't consistent but I'm often driving or at a doctor's office when I should be eating. So instead of soup for my E lunch yesterday I had to have a sandwich so I could drive and eat.
So I guess it's ease of eating the food that's an issue...well and being in a location where I can't eat.
LOVE the apple idea. Will put them on my grocery list.
