I thought Kielbasa with a bit of Olive Oil sauteed with Multicolored Peppers and Onions would be an S...because I don't usually buy Turkey Kielbasa. Once I'd eaten it and looked at the label I found that the fat per serving was 5 grams...so did I accidentally eat a FP?

How much olive oil? Did you stick to one serving? FP meats need to be 96% or higher lean, I don't know if a Kielbasa package would tell you that or not.

I found a package description online, I would call it S. 2 ounces for 5 grams of fat, wouldn't be considered a lean meat. The lean lunch meats have 1 or 2 grams of fat, some even down to .5 for 2 ounces.

The lean lunch meats have 1 or 2 grams of fat, some even down to .5 for 2 ounces. I used less than 1 tsp of olive oil per serving and I only ate one serving of the meal. I will have to dig the package out of the trash to see about the fat vs serving size. I got very hungry a few hours after eating it, which doesn't happen when I eat an S meal, so I wondered and noticed it was turkey.

It really wouldn't be enough protein to keep me full with one serving, a FP serving of meat is kept to 3 ounces. It would still be an S meal (not a lean meat), a few hours is a good time to be hungry again though

SO it's the lack of protein that had me hungry later, not a lack of fat. I've never had the Turkey Kielbasa before, it's just what the store had. I'll try to avoid that next time. I've never been hungry so soon after that meal before. The non turkey must have more fat and protein. I just don't like being hungry like that late at night. So I'll be doing S meals for dinner and making sure they have enough Protein too.

Yes protein helps keep you full longer (as well as fat), in an E meal mamas typically get hungry more quickly from lack of fat, but lots of protein can help with that issue in an E or FP meal. You can use the turkey, just keep it in an S setting You would probably want more than 2 ounces of turkey or another variation of kielbasa.
