I know Serene and Pearl don't eat shrimp so don't really discuss it in the book, but we LOVE shrimp and eat it frequently. My package of frozen tiger shrimp says 125g serving is 0g fat, so I assume that means we can eat at least 125g at a meal with no ill effects to our E meals? I hope I'm right. I was hoping to saute some in coconut oil spray to keep the fat count way down and add to a huge salad for lunch.

Oh, that's really good to know! We (read: the hubs) grilled them on skewers yesterday with a drizzle of lime juice and s&p, and topped an enormous salad with them. Totally delicious FP option, now that I know! Many thanks!
