Day 1 (deep S) of my Week long FP cycle 0630: Bacon/egg muffin cup 0930: 2 meringues 1230: Crispy salmon on a large salad with olive oil dressing 1530: kale chips 1830: Beef roast with steamed broccoli and butter 2130: Choco pudding

Breakfast~ S Style Pancakes and xylitol syrup, ham with melted cheese (S) Lunch~ leftover chicken breast, radishes, blue cheese dressing (S) Snack~ hibiscus gelatin with berries (FP) Supper~ baked cod, quinoa, broccoli (E) Dessert~ Carrot Cake (S), if I get this one made www.ahomewithpurpose.com/?p=1934Sipping on Cranberry Wassail, water

Today, so far :-)
Br: (SH) steelcut oats and flax cereal with yogurt blueberries, and stevia. This is so good! Surely someone else has come up with it already? Love having a nice size bowl of hot cereal!
Lu: (S) leftover spaghetti squash with cheese sauce from macafoni recipe topped with diced avocado
Sn: (CO) special agent brownie, peach
Sn: (SH) piece of cheese, 1/2 peach
Su: Not sure. Drove up a few hours away to spend a couple days with my husband at work for our 19th anniversary. :-) Don't know his plans.. eat out or in.

B: E baked oatmeal and almond milk. (My daughter made this and she might have used to much fats so it could have been a crossover). L: E. chilli made with very lean beef and lots of pinto beans, 1 slice plain toast. Sn: S Greek yogurt with coconut, pc of chocolate made by using cocoa butter, and coconut cream, etc. S: S mashed turnips, 1 fried egg, steamed, buttered green beans. D: S piece of slightly altered recipe of special agent cake topped with whipped cream.
Sipped 2 quarts Serene's generation 2 GGMS, 1 quart Yerba mate, 1 quart water (cloud juice!) My goal is to drink 4 quarts liquids a day.
