Tonight I'm having chicken breasts over brown rice with low carb veggies. I doubt that I'll eat a full 3/4 cup of brown rice.
Because of the rice this won't be an S or a FP but stay as an E right?
So do I need to add in more carbs to make it a solid E with a certain number of carbs?

You need an E fuel to make it an E, if you are not a huge rice fan maybe eat just a bit of that and have a piece of fruit, that would get you in a good E range

I am finding that 3/4 cup of rice is more rice than I like to eat. I guess I'm just used to eating small portions of rice. The rice bag says 1/4 cup dry (which would be 1/2 cup cooked rice) is a serving. That serving is 32 net carbs. This is short grain brown rice if that matters. I guess it's not high enough for an E?

1/2 cup would be sufficient for E, you could still have a small piece of fruit if you want too
