I'm being naughty today. I woke late and just enjoyed a cup of tea for breakfast. I almost always eat breakfast. It's just a cold, rainy day and curling up with a cup is all I wanted. It's a tad early, but I'll eat lunch soon.
L- Oatmeal I soaked over night. S- choco pudding D- chicken with mashies, brocolli and cauliflower S- trimmachino

I've decided that I need to eat only S and E meals and then make my snacks FP. I can only have an E snack if it's something self limiting, like an apple. I think some of my E snacks last week were really Crossovers. I want to avoid those. I've made a batch of Choco Pudding (FP) and 4 rounds of Joseph's Chips (FP) to help me with snacking this week. B - (S) MIM with Lemon Mousse L - (S) Mission Tortilla with cheddar cheese, ham, and tomatoes. A few Joseph's chips. Snack - (FP) Key Lime Shake D - ? We may have to eat out if not then Egg Roll in a Bowl

Br: (S) 2 eggs scrambled with peppers and onions. Tea w/ almond milk and cream.
Sn: (CO) pear with p.n. butter
Lu: (S) salad w/ turkey
Sn: (E) carrot cake, BBS if home.
Su. (S) Cabbage and turkey soup, flax bread and butter

Today is my last day of my second fuel pull week (E) B: thm pancakes Sn: Greek yogurt/pear swirl L: egg whites, lettuce, tomatoe, turkey and LCC on Joseph's pita bread Sn: yam with cinnamon and truvia Supper: going out to eat at a restaurant; hoping to order a grilled chicken breast and veggies (it's so hard to eat E at a restaurant) Dessert: brownie batter
