I am a coffee drinker. Two cups in the morning. I use two servings of mini moos with each cup (4 total). For that amount I am showing 0 carbs with 4 grams of fat. Based on that I am assuming that I would be alright combining it with an S breakfast or E breakfast. Would that be correct?

Sorry, half and half I am familiar with, I am not a coffee drinker can you tell? Yes you could use them for S and E, but it would use up most of your E fat for your meal.
