Which of the bread recipes freeze well? Do other prepared recipes from the book freeze well?

Rebekah, did they have a nice texture after they had been in the freezer?

It's been awhile...but from what I remember, I put parchment paper between them (used what I baked them on), then put them in a ziplock bag. It seems if my memory serves me well, that they might get slightly damp. I think the book mentions putting them in the toaster? I also have been wanting to make the Trim Healthy pan bread (oat bread..is that what it's called?). I'm thinkingit wouldfreeze well. If I have time I'll try several and let you know. :-)

I think making stuff that could be assembled quick would be helpful. Freeze meal size portions of ground meat and chicken. Frozen veggies. On plan sauces.
I multiply MIMs by 4, then bake in muffin tins and freeze. I freeze Secret Agent Brownie Cake.

I parboil veggies when cheap & buy in bulk. Also cut Cheeseburger Pie into meal size pieces and freeze for quick dinners.

I have frozen chill and pizza casserole. I've also frozen many of the muffins and cookies successfully.

I froze the easy peasy muffins. They froze well. Thawed in the oven. They had a nice crispy shell.
