I have done this workout for over a year. I had done it twice doing that food plan, but then I started THM. So I ate THM and worked out 5 days a week with Insanity. Now I have slowed down some and had been doing it about twice a week and doing just strength training 3 times a week. I haven't seen any studies or anything that show you shouldn't do it, but I just wanted to make sure that it is ok to do it. Anybody know?

I am not familiar, but keep in mind Serene suggestions about not working out too long and getting plenty of protein after and I think it should be good

I prefer to work out longer than most people on THM. :-) I like to have AT LEAST a 30 minute workout. I tried doing some of the 10-15 minute workouts in the book, and I just didn't feel like I was accomplishing enough, so I just do that some days and Insanity other days. I feel like I mix it up pretty well.
