I made a muffin in a mug and thought it might be an E however I am not sure anymore... Here are the ingredients: 1/4 coconut flour 1/2 egg whites 1 slive of fresh peach mashed 1 T almond milk 1/2 t baking powder 1/2 t vanilla extract 1/2 t maple extract stevia to taste dash of salt
topped with 2 T nonfat greek yogurt, stevia and maple flavoring.
so what do you think? S or E?

my main question is about coconut flour. Is it an s or e or FP ingredient?

Coconut flour is usually an S ingredient (all coconut items are), but in that amount it may be ok in an E. Yes, it looks like that could be an ok E.
One thing to consider with an E you would really need more of an E fuel, one slice of peach wouldn't be enough E fuel. You would want to maybe eat with the rest of the peach sliced up.
