I'm not sure what is going on. Maybe someone can give me some advice, please? I followed the plan eating mostly (almost all) "S" meals. I did snack on Greek 0%fat plain yogurt mixed with Crystal light and frozen. I ate zucchini and eggs or the yogurt with grapes every morning. I ate chicken or beef each night with vegetables. Used butter and coconut oil to cook with. Made the cheese cake and had a few slices of that. Not sure what is going on. I made the shrinker yesterday and drank one quart....was up all night feeling like I had too much caffeine. I had two sips of coffee (I usually drink coffee until around 2pm) and switched to water and the Shrinker. Any suggestions? I'm 55, need to lose around 60lbs. Thanks!

I wonder if you ate enough? If I am reading it correctly, you had breakfast and ate dinner daily with a snack once in awhile? Where is your lunch? Did you drink enough water daily? Blessings, Stacy

Thanks for replying! Sometimes I don't eat lunch, or actually I eat more of a "brunch". Not good with breakfast...so I wait until 10 or 11 and eat a good breakfast. I do sometimes do it "right" and eat left overs or a lettuce sandwich for lunch. I drink lots of water. I thought I was eating too much....I made the chocolate bark with walnuts and tended to grab a bite throughout the day. Part of my problem is that I do like to snack. I try to stick with small frozen yogurt bites....I freeze fat free greek yogurt with Crystal Light in mini muffin pans with toothpicks.... I was thinking that maybe I need to cut out the snacks? I eat mostly (really all) "S" meals....can't find the right bread for E meals, and I'm more comfortable with S. Thanks again.

It is good to eat reasonably soon after waking up and also to leave 3 hrs between snacks

Snacking is good. You want to make sure you are fueling your body every 3-4 hours, but not snacking on this and that between that.
