Ok, after being stalled for 3 months, Im ready to get this body a loosing again! I am creating this thread to keep track of my Fuel Cycle menu for each day and progress, so I can come back to it in the future if I need to do this again, I still have another 100 pounds to go. If anyone sees anything wrong with my meal plan, please let me know, never don't deep S before, so I know no nuts, cheese, berries, beans, grains, frankinfoods, etc.
Deep S Day 1 Breakfast - 2 fried eggs in 1 tsp butter, and a small slice of leftover ham from previous dinner Lunch - Taste of Thialand Soup, with leftover chicken breast from a previous dinner added 1 tsp of red palm oil at end, yummmm Snack - Kale chips (was wondering if I should do the light FP version or go with the Coconut smothered in a bag S version?) Dinner - Wild Caught Salmon cooked in 1 tsp butter and a organic leafy green salad with Waldrons honey mustard dressing, no carbs, fat, calories etc. Dessert - Lemon pudding
I know it says drizzle on the olive oil on our leafy green salads, but I've never made a homemade dressing before, so if there is a recipe that anyone has using olive oil I will try it!

My first time, I think I read that chapter at least once a day or at least the part I was on, you can do it My first one Pearl said Taste of Thialand soup was ok if ammended~ Here is her quote from then, I thought it was so helpful for the week: "On the deep S days, we need to focus on the pure fats like the oils, not so much the milks. That soup uses quite a bit of full fat coconut milk, it is fine for Serene who nurses around the clock but will be too milky and calorie dense for the fuel cycle week deep days. So I would use 2 Tbs of the full fat coconut milk and the rest of the liquid chicken broth and include the Tbs of actual coconut oil aswell. Would that be okay? That would be for one lunch so if making a bigger batch you would mulitply. Or just do a broth based soup with meat or salmon and non starchies and add your coconut oil in at the end. I want this to work for you that is why I am being picky." Read more: trimhealthymama.freeforums.net/thread/363/fuel-cycle-week?q=Thailand#ixzz3CanfHOveGo ahead and smother your kale chips. I would include Skinny Chocolate on your Deep S days and Earth Milk helped me get through the cycle, in various versions on various days. Focus on pure healthy fats, superfoods, and greens. I like this dressing www.ahomewithpurpose.com/?p=2153 and it would be Deep S friendly
