OK, so I've been on THM for a couple months now, and I am still kind of confused as to where I can buy some of the items they mention, such as coconut flour, oat fiber, and defatted peanut flour. I live in Texas, and so far neither Randall's nor Kroger has carried these items. If you don't mind, I'd rather not buy these online...it's much easier to just run to the store when I'm out instead of waiting a week or so for a new container of it to arrive.
Also, does anyone know of any good sweet blends out there aside from THM's? I'm paranoid to use anything but their sweet blend and stevia in things, but it'd be nice to branch out.
Thanks.

Have you checked your local health food store?
As far as the sweetener goes, we use Stevita liquid a lot, but my sweet tooth crazy hubby prefers Sweet Leaf stevia, because it is the least bitter to him. Kroger's carries it in my neck of the woods.

Oat fiber and peanut flour I haven't seen locally, but coconut flour seems easier Costco is where I get it I have heard some mamas get it at Big Lots or grocery stores that carry Bob's Red Mill products. A Sweet Blend type sweetener would be Truvia (Sweet Blend is sweeter), another kind that is on plan is Swerve. I like Sweet Leaf flavored drops for different things, or Stevita
